Nothing like electrical safety. Doesn’t look like there is any NEC code here, does it? All this is about 8 feet off the ground which may be okay when the average height is five and half feet.

Every day it is so awesome to hear the joy in your messages, and see the transformation on the face of your daughter.. when I look at the one taken before you got her to the one where she is wearing a shirt with "Kate" on it.. you can see how see has absorbed all the love you all are giving her.. we continue to pray for your safe return home!!
